Feasibility Study and Business Plan for the Sudbury Downtown Independent Cinema Co-operative (2015)

This comprehensive business plan integrated a feasibility assessment for use by the client in fundraising for a new cinema venture. The resulting business plan helped the client to secure important new funding to move the project forward. The plan comprised a detailed analysis of the market opportunity, operational, HR, marketing, and financial plans, an analysis of potential risks and risk mitigation strategies.

Strengthening Connections, Bytown Museum Strategic Plan 2015-2010 (2015)

This project involved environmental scanning on the evolving role of community museums and digital trends in museums, as well as consultations with community partners. Conceived as a key element of the Museum’s overall communications strategy, Strengthening Connections is being used in the Museums’ lobbying and fundraising efforts.

From Cinemas to Cell Phones – Telefilm Canada Responds to the Digital Shift (2006)

This pivotal document set a course for the digital transformation of Telefilm Canada and the independent film and television production sector, to better seize the opportunities afforded by new digital production and distribution opportunities. The plan was updated by the consultant in 2007 and again in 2008, maintaining the overall direction towards digital transformation.
